Mountaineer wheels

will these fit a 99 ranger 2wd, or will I need spacers?

shouldn't need spacers....but those do look rather flat looking.

offset is 40mm, but they are 7.5" wide as opposed to stock.

The backspacing on those wheels is almost 6" compared to 4.5" BS on a stock 7" Ranger wheel. You could have clearance issues on the inside especially if you go with wider tires.

I have 4" on 15X7 cragar soft 8's now, the ones below measured out to 4.5"

I can get spacers from 25mm up to 45mm...........But I am not sure how long the wheel studs are.....anyone know?
