i might be gettin sum 35 bfg AT's for the summer rainy season cuz i dont like the way my buckshots handle on wet roads.. and im lookin for sum rims.. check these out and let me kno what u think
rims

i dont see our bolt pattern on there.

Ranger1 Apr 25, 2006 06:37 AM

1 our bolt pattern is not listed which is 5 on 4.5

2 all the ones listed are 16 inch wheels, to get a true 35x12.5 you want a 15 inch wheel. Since you are buying wheels anyway it makes more sense to buy a 15 inch wheel because tires for 16's are more money then tires for 15's.

eh, i dont like them...even if they did have your size..

Won't fit and I sure wouldn't offroad with those rims.

Drayke Apr 25, 2006 12:35 PM

hey i was actually lookin at those too. cept their expensive compared to other wheels. aaaaad i guess they dont make the bolt pattern you need.

damn manufacturers.... g'luck with the wheel search! :biggthump

Trigger01 Apr 25, 2006 12:37 PM

The wheels are ok, but I wouldn't offroad with them either.

Not crazy about the black wheels with the chrome or polished lip. Idk, if it's gonna be a black wheel, get a black wheel

Oh and you can get a 35x12.5x17 (nevermind that was for the BFG M/Ts) if you want more wheel than a 15. Or the metric equiv for 16s is about a 315/75/16 (34.6x12.4x16). These are avail in BFG A/Ts.
315/75/16 $183 (tirerack)
35x12.5x15 $144

So depending where you go you could be paying $150-$200 more for 16s than 15s just for tires. Figure about the same for the wheels and you're talkin about $300-$400 more just for "summer" tires (as you stated they'd be used)...and that's on top of the 15s which prob would run about $1000 or more.

don't get any wheel with cheap chrome lip or rivets/screws, or anything like that cause the are hard as hell to keep clean and the cheap chrome lip will rust no matter what you do.

I'm not saying that those rims are chepp, causei didn't look at the link, but I'm just sharing my experiences.

My next set of wheels will be MT Classic IIs. They're just esaier to take care of and they aren't uber expensive.
