Tire Blowout
 

good evening, everyone.,
Earlier today, one of my fron tires blew out. The sudden blowout cause the wheel to severly bend the dust plate, which in turn sliced up the inside of the rim. i changed the rotors and brake pads myself about a monthago. I'm wondering if i did something worng to cause the tire to blowew out. Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated,

Any Noise associated prior to the blow out?
If not then brake parts were probably OK

What was the cause of the blow out, road debris or poor tire wear?
