A lot of guys here run the Performance Accessories (PA) body lift with 33's. But your truck is 2wd, which sits lower than 4x4's so, i want to say no with just the body lift but again I'm not sure..

bull - i have a 2000 xl 2wd and fit a 33" tire on with no rub at all. . . i have a 3" bl and nothing else - i know for a fact that a 33" tire will fit a 2wd with a 3" BL - unless for some reason yours is lower than mine. i have coil overs btw just in case your wondering.

if you have COIL OVERS you have done some interesting suspension modding being a stock 2wd non torsion bar ranger is SLA COIL suspension...
