Tires for 17's

I have Pirelli Scorpions at 255/65's all around on my 17's.. they arent very meaty.. well anyways, they are brand new and I want different tires.. I havent used them yet, probably gonna return them.. i was looking at the Nitto Tera Grapplers?? they look outstanding.. i want a black sidewall tire.. no white letters.. what all will fit on a non lifted 00' B4K that are semi reasonably priced?? this is more of a show truck, or will be anyways.. also ill be doing a body lift soon so if the tires fill the wheel wells good but rub a little i wont mind.. Thanks! and sorry for the bad typing.. im tired..

Terra Grapplers are great tires, my dad has them on his F150 and we both like them. Not sure about size tho.

nitto is a great tire but the terra grapplers, IMO arent aggressive at all. my buddy has them and his truck is just for show. Its only seen the mud once and that was to help his buddy out.

Well if your body lifting soon I would wait until after that to get new tires. Is your truck 4x4?

well i know BFG is opening alot of doors to 17 lately... any 17" tire will not be reasonable there all gonna be kinda pricey

265/65R17

265/70R17

275/65R17

those would all work

I would run a 305/65R17 then, thats like a 32.7-.8 height so that will look good after a body lift. You could run a 315/70R17 but thats like 34.5 and that will be a tight fit. If its just a show truck you can do it though.

personally they're a ton more aggressive than other ATs

they worked pretty damn good in the limited amount of rocks i saw and pretty good in mud...
