Tires for my 97....

I've got a 97 2WD XLT with 14 inch wheels. I drive it back and forth to work everyday, about 65 miles total and I seem to be going through tires pretty quickly. I'm currently running Bridgestone Dueler APT III's and they seemed to wear ok but it's time for tires again.

My question is, should I just get some more 14's or would it be worth the extra money to put a set of 15 inch wheels on so I could up the tire size. Would that allow them to last a little bit longer or is that really not going to help much. It was just a thought I had.

Go with 15's...it will fill up your wheel wells and look better.

not only will it look better, but 15" tires are easier to come by than 14" anymore......and are prolly cheaper...

definatly go with the 15's, for looks and ease of buying tires.

15's (235/75/15)... not a great shot, but its the best i have

and as for going through the tires quickly, i had dueler apt's on my old 14's and they wore really fast.
