Trading UP for bigger tires

So , luck was on my side the other day.

Found a guy that wants to trade his 315/75/16 mickey thompson baja claws for my tires. Which are 285/75/16 mickey thompson mtx radial.

Biggest question, will they fit?

Body lift with pre-keys and shackle.

I dont mind trimming alittle bit of the valance to get them to fit "nicely"

And his are in much better shape, im guessing only about 6-7 months on them.

i know somebody has ran 35s just on a bodylift. i think youll just have to max out the T-bar and ull still rub when you wheel. but it can be done.

You'll be throwing flares like crazy and rubbing like crazy on your valance. Personally, unless you're doing a suspension lift soon I wouldn't trade.

I vote no, thank you. I'm one of those ones who did run 5's and a BL at one point on a styleside. I'd run 305/75's MAX imo. 35x12.50(which essencially is what 315/75's are) is just too much tire for just a BL imo. Plus....you've got 3.73's right? GONNA TOTALLY SUCK!!!!

Ditto on what Captain Planet said above me.
