i paid 1500 for 4 Classic IIs, and 4 35x1250 MTZs AND the road hazard...

toyos would have been $200 more

its not the long trips as much as all the turning in town. turing at all really.

I priced out 4 Classic Locks and 4 33 MTZs and it was 1300.

check out mastercraft tires (made by cooper), three of my tires have about 40k on em and they still have 50% tread left.

they are great tires in snow and mud.

yeah but if the road is cold your tires don't really wear that much. And turning isn't that bad. i guess wheelin could be a factor for him.lol

I voted on the BFG since they are the only ones up there i have used but i also recommend Super Swamper Irok ND's which do come in a 285/75R16!

They were 285's. Yeah i have thought about that. but i dont want to go any smaller on the rim...

I got BFG's. Many have gotten long life out of them and they do pretty good in mud. If u want a full blown mud tire go with boggers or ltb's

Trucker_Eric 06-19-2008 12:12 PM

im putting bfg's on my truck, great tires, can never go wrong.

chads02 06-19-2008 02:47 PM

I love my toyos and will buy another set when theses wear out. They wear good I put around 100 miles a day driving to work and back. I have not had a problem in the sand, snow, or mud. I got stuck in the mud once and thats cuz I was on the frame and being dumb lol.

Trucker_Eric 06-19-2008 05:01 PM

i love bfg's and m/t's those are my 2 fav tires, and i wont turn down good year wranglers either.

Lord Of War 06-19-2008 08:10 PM

The toyo's are sipped so get those. They still have aggressive tread and look great.

Yea i guess you got a point about the tire wear. I got mine tire that were orginally around $190 but then i got a 10% discount then tire rebate for $25 a piece. So you might be able to get them that cheap.

Danger06Ranger 06-19-2008 08:26 PM

I personally like my DC Crushers.

JakeH05 06-24-2008 10:52 AM

I got a set of eagle alloys 185's with 33x12.50 BFG Muds mounted and balanced and shipped on the way for 1250.00

WowMike2001 06-24-2008 11:28 AM

I can honestly say I am very very very happy with my own dick cepek M/T's, fantastic tire, has siping on it, PLENTY of grip, and the traction is unbelievable!

Cooky65 06-24-2008 05:36 PM

yeah i have dick cepek's now. they are alright for the price. But I have heard from some friends I know that work at Les Schwab that sizes 33 and above are not made as well as the smaller one. I dont know why, but thats what they told me.
