what size wheels?

I'm getting 265-75r-16 mickey thompson mtz with classic 2 16" wheels for my 07' ranger 4x4 and I was wondering if I need to go with a 16x8 or 16x10? Like what will work better? Also I have no clue on backspacing so what should I go with and why?

you would want 16X8. I can't do the math in my head but I know the tires you are buying aren't that huge. I have 35 inch tires and that's why I have 15x10s. If I had 33s I'd have 15x8s.

you'd be better of with 16x8, but why not go with a 15x8 rim, the tires will be a lot cheaper

stock bs is 4.5", so anything less than that will push the wheel out farther...IIRC the mt classics typically are about 3.75 or something around that

because they only make 31 and 33 in a 15 inch rim and the 33's wont fit on my truck. they make bigger sizes of course but i dont even worry bout those. a 265 is basicly a 32
