for a 20" rim, i would stay between a rim width of 7-9", meaning a tire between 235-265 in section width so...

235-265
20 -- rim diameter is as you stated 20"
35-65

as far as profile goes, its whatever tire you can find that will fit a 20" rim and not be outrageously overpriced and what looks good... go to Discount Tire, go to NTB, ask them for a list of options and see what looks good on your truck

i would do a tire with 265 section width, this equals a tire about 10.5" wide. it will look good this wide with the rims on it, it isnt really even that wide, just an inch wider than stock. It will suit you for a rim that is 20x9 or 20x9.5

profile should be 35 or 45. profile of 35 gives about 3.5" sidewall height and 45 gives about 4.5" sidewall height (a profile of 40 would give sidewall height of exactly 4" but they are hard to find)

so my choices would be 265/35/20 or 265/45/20
