Which rims?

I just got off the phone with jegs to see what I would be paying to get rims shipped over here (Ottawa, Ontario) And they are all a pretty good price considering where I am. And locally is alot more expensive.

So which ones should I go for?

15x8 Black Cragar Soft 8's (308$US)

16x8 Black Cragar Soft 8's (402$US)

or 16x8 Cragar D Windows (517$US)

I love them all but must choose only one lol

They are going on a Red 08 FX4 like in the avatar

I like the Soft 8's a hell of a lot more than the D-windows. However, I don't think that very many 15" wheels will fit on your 08

They have a 4" backspacing for the 15" so I might have to shave a bit off the caliper

I voted for the 15x8 soft 8's. As stated above 15" tires are cheaper than 16" tires.

Good to see another Ottawa member.

Stick with the 15's. As mentioned the prices jump HUGE from 15" to 16" tires.

Did you check with Deals4Wheels in the West end (Behind the PetSmart @ Huntclub & Woodroffe)? I believe there is a location in the East end too. Just be aware of the current exchange rate and the shipping charges applied when buying from the US. I usually tend to buy locally or Canadian before jumping the border. Guess it's the same the other way around too.

No but I'll give them a call tomorrow. I checked with Extreme Auto Care and they wanted 80$ each plus a 75$ shipping charge and the rims were 4-6 weeks backordered. So I was hoping that the states would have them

D windows. the soft eights are over rated. also the D windows look a lot better on a ranger than the eights do.

I voted the 15x8's but I wouldn't buy steel wheels.
