wheel fit problem

have a 93 ford ranger .. has a 8.8 rear end out of a mustang. had 18 inch wheels on it with 7 inch bs.. .. I wanted to use 255x60x15 rims so I ordered a set of 15 x 8 with 3.75 bs.. the off set is -19 ...they stick out about 3" .. what the hell did I do and where do I go from here. fronts fit OK. thanks

Same prob

figure anything out on this? I just got an '05 with the same problem. My front tires are way different from eachother. Idk what the offset is but they are only 15s
