Ive searched and cant find good info. I have a 02' xlt 4x4 with the stock teardrop 16's, and I want to get a set of 15' from another stock ranger so I can run 33x10.5 as a set of off road only tires and maybe for the winter. any ways my Question is do the 15's off other 4x4s work with the stock 16's. Also what is the backspacing I need to keep im mind while searching, All I want to do is have a cheap set of 15x7 or 8 wheels with 33's that i can put on before going wheeling, I do not like the options with the 16's other than going to work on a daily basis, with a 30 min commute one way and back again

 

15's will work fine as long as you get the 5 on 4.5 bolt pattern.

 

you'll be fine with 15's I put 15's on my '04 edge 4x4 with no problems.

 

I run 15x8's with 31s when my truck originally had 16x7s.

You're good to go. No issues.
