browsing Craigslist and came across these.

15 X 8 Ranger Rims

basically the rims i want(i know a lot of people run them)

but the question is, how can i tell backspacing and how does that affect fitting tires?

i want to get 32x11.5 tires for my truck keep stock height for now.

i think those rims new are like 50 each.

They'll fit just fine with 32x11.50's. I ran that setup a long time ago....15x8 steel daytonas and 32x11.50r15's with just a small torsion crank.

Backspacing on 15x8's range from around 3.25 to 4"....any would be fine.

 

mmk, didn't know if say 1 backspace was better than another.

and shane i saved those pics you sent me of course they are sexy. haha

they don't have to be in great condition, but 50 for all 4 seems like a good deal? as long as they aren't cracked or super bad. spray bomb always can clean it up of course.

 

Yeah....my first set of wheels were $30 and I later sold them for $125 which covered the price of the 15x10's some. lol.


My 15x8's were 4" backspace I believe.
