I have 15x8 ion alloy wheels on my Ranger, I torqued them to spec and rechecked after 50 miles. After 50 miles they needed retorqued but they don’t feel like they get tight. They feel more like it’s stretching the studs. I pulled the wheels and inspected the studs and they don’t look stretched. 4 days in a row I checked torque after driving and they still feel like it’s stretching instead of getting tight. Has anyone else experienced this? I’m not sure what to do at this point.
Im using 1/2-20 spline lugs that work with the wheels. I bought from custom offsets and they said that’s the same lugs they send with every set of wheels for ford rangers

Yup, those are the ones. I have the same wheels in 15x10. I could not use the center cap that came with then in the front. Wheel bearing hub issue.

the center caps work great for me. I just can’t figure out this lug issue. When I torque them they don’t feel tight. I feel like I could easily go much tighter. After every drive I recheck and I can go a little tighter before the torque wrench says I’m tight. I’m using a Snap on tech angle so it’s a good torque wrench. I also had to cut the rear studs because the lugs weren’t deep enough. I just cut the small piece off at the tip that had no threads and they fit
