i rotate mine every thousand miles, but goodyear MT/Rs are infamous for cupping somewhat quickly.

I rotated mine every three thousand...if you let them go much past that they would cause so much vibration in the cab that pieces of the dash would start to rattle that was usually a good indication that it was time

Vibration is usually caused by balance inssues, not wear issues. I rotate and balance every other oil change, or around 5,000-6,000 miles.

I rotate mine every time I change to oil, just for the life of the tire. But I find it hard to believe that any radial mud tire other than a Super Swamper could vibrate things in the cab so furiously that it shakes plastic loose, and even radial Swampers are fairly smooth riding.

Now, get in the '79 Chevrolet we had on 35" Bias Ply Swampers and go down the interstate at 85mph.... now THAT is a rough ride.

I rotate mine every oil change, TrXus tires are made by super swampers. The one tire has a slight high spot on it so regardless of balance, they are within like 0.01 oz or so, I still get vibration.

depending on where you got the tire, they SHOULD give you a new one if it is out of round from the factory. If you went to discount tire (where I work) and told them about this, complained, and the tire showed a non-normal wheel hop, they will order you a new tire and send the old one in to the adjustments bin.

also, we do not have balancers that get within .01 ounces. our balancers only measure in .25 ounce incriments, unless POSSIBLY you put it on a road force balancer which are computerized. but im not even sure if those get that specific.
