go get them to rebalance it. roadforce shouldn't make too much of a difference. especially if you payed for roadforce go back and they should check out the vibe issue. just curious, but where did you have them balanced.
mine are smooth, but i rotate and balance them every 1000 miles or so

when they were balanced, were they road forced? stickies on the inside and hammer ons on the inner lip should be adequate

you dont need hubrings, static balancing should be fine.
here is what i would check on a vibration issue.
have them all rebalanced. Check for bent rims and hops in the tire while they are on the balancer. put the best two assemblies on front.
go out back and tell them the problem you are having and watch them work on it

on Josh (HozII) ranger, there was alot of corrosion on the hub and the rim mounting surface. we used a Roloc disc and remved the corrosion and balanced the tires and it made an improvement. keep talking it back until they get it right. it is not hard to correctly balance a tire
