Up to 04 the Grand Cherokees had the 5 x 4.5 bolt pattern so they should fit. I don't know about the offset and backspacing though so you would have to email the seller and ask them.

yep should fit but the BS might be wierd so you may have to run spacers
search a lot of guys run jeep wheels

Should need to run spacers. This have a weird offset...almost negative like....like a front wheel drive.
