they may, the bolt pattern should be right but when i put my stang wheels on i had to use 1.25" spacers to get them to fit because the center hubs on the rangers are bigger than on the mustangs and the fronts center hubs stick out without spacers. as long as you have a tire that is close to the same diameter as stock tires you should be fine if you space them. Shop around before you get those though, i got my rims on craigslist for 200 for all four. You could probably get a good deal if you look around ....... Name:  IMG_0145.jpg

Is it possible to use front discs off of a mustang so there will be no hub clearance issue?

highly doubt the spindle is the same..

thanks, yea i doubt that you could do the disk brake conversion from a mustang...wheel spacers are probably your easiest option
