wrong tires ordered. but will they fit??

I have a 2003 ranger fx4 level 2. With a 2" ready lift leveling kit. I had just ordered method race rim. Which are 17"x8.5" with a 3" backspace. My original order had me getting pro comp 33"x12.5". They accidentally sent me a set of 35x12.5 tires. If I can make these work I save $200 a tire from list. Will they work if I cut out fender flares or do I need a lift kit??

If this doesn't work does anybody want an awesome set of tires for a great price.

Just get a bodylift. If you do that and the flares they should fit just fine.

Don't really care for the body lift. Going to put fibrewerx 5" fender kit on it next. Thought the 33" tire and its current ride height would be perfect.

Yup. Also removing stock bumpers and front valance. having custom made tubular prerunner type bumpers made up for it. Was also thinking of trying the smoke headlight mod. But haven't had a chance to look for the actual thread for procedure.

I was told a 3.5 was all I needed for a 33 x 13.5 hope that is correct because that's what I ordered.

3.75 is ideal. you will be fine with 3.5

why are you putting so much money into outside mods, with stock suspension? ya know that front glass is $500 to get here alone, plus painting?

if you not already a member, join up on the Ontario ranger club facebook page. we can help yu ut with building the truck of your dreams, and show you what works, what doesnt, and whats the best to save money.

BTW, take those tires back, tell the supplier his a dumbass and demand your money back.

Will definitely sign up for the Ontario forum. My supplier is a dumbass... I definitely let him know that!! but he is also my best friend. So by helping him sell them saves the restocking fee.

I was looking at Woolworth suspension kit. Not sure what to do with that. The truck needs paint so I figured I would do the glass and body work first. Then suspension.

Fibrewerx actually quoted me $800 to send front fenders and bedsides. Didn't really care for that. I have a guy locally that said he would do the exact same thing but use my existing panels and expand them to fit perfect for $2000. Then of course paint on top of that!!
