Body Lift or Suspension Lift?

I have a 99 Ranger with 48000 Miles on it. In Great condition but, i do landscaping work. My ranger is a lot cheaper to Drive than my F-350 Diesel. The Truck's Suspension Bottoms out with 1 Truck Load of Dirt/Mulch. I was Wondering if i should get a Body lift, or a Suspension lift. Keep in mind i have to tow a Trailer with it, and its only a 2 Wheel Drive Truck. I am also considering putting more aggressive tires on it.

Also, How much would this lift effect my MPG?

If you just want to be able to haul loads a little better you may be better off with just some heavier springs or airbags in the back.

Here is a set of add a leafs for $70. Im sure if you look around you can find them cheaper. You can install them yourself with basic hand tools, and a jack. They stiffen up your ride quite a bit, but you will be able to haul more.
