well....if you read the sticky thread or read anywhere else or read the instructions, you'd know you HAVE to get the shift extention.......
To get you by, leave the cupholders out, take your floor plastic thing that cupholders mount to out, and cut up your floor metal or just take the inspection cover out. Get an extention ordered up. PA Part # 3700. People at shops, don't know ****.
Your kit didn't come with bumper bracket filler pieces?? If not, put the brackets on the bumper to the INSIDE of the spot the instructions tell you to put 'em.

oh...shoot...THAT gap. lol. bumper bracket gap. PA kits come with a spacer that supposed to go between the frame and the bracket if the truck doesn't have a hitch that bolts onto the same holes as the new lift brackets. Do you have those spacers? Do you have the brackets on the correct side of the bumper where the stock ones mount?
Alot of folks dont even touch those spacers because it's already a really tight fit against the frame if the brackets are bolted to the bumper properly. I have to beat mine onto on the frame...all the 4 BL's i've put on I've had to do that.

To fix the shifter, I pulled out everything in the way of the shifter such as the cup holders, and the inspection cover. That's only until I get the shifter extension in a few days.
But for the gap between the brackets and bumper, I'm planning on just getting some washers from the hardware store. And no, it didn't come with the spacers. I looked a million times. Bummer
