Im a little short on time so Ill be brief. Ill try to find a long detail write up but basically. Unbolt the PS pump and A/C pump if you can. It makes it alot easier on space (DONT DRAIN THEM!! Just nudge them to the side). Pull the fly wheel and fan off. There is alittle black cover that covers the timing belt. I believe two bolts (like a 7 or 8mm hold them on) once thats off your belt and tensioner are right there. If your replacing the belt just cut the old one off. Although I dont think your current one snapped, you always make sure the two timing disc ( I forget their actual name) are where they need to be. For some odd reason Ford has put like 3 or 4 different little notches on them. Look for a triangle that is engraved into the disc with the point facing outwards on the edge of the disc. You might need to clean a little grease off the disc to find it. There will be a corrosponding triangle on the block somewhere. line the two of them up. Thats pretty much it.

Edit: There are diamonds and triangles. I'm not sure which one to line up, however there should be a little instruction booklet in either the belt or tensioner that will tell you.
