I would have to say that out of everything I've done my 3.0 liked the pulleys the best. The crankshaft pully claims 8hp dyno'd and all the pulleys together knocked off a BIG chunk of weight off the face of the motor (making it easier to turn). Roller rockers smooth idle, if even that. Like I said, I didn't notice any difference difference with them except the regret of not buying a tuner instead.
