Dynamat Install, need help - photos whatever....
I'm buying a large amount of "Edead" style dynamat. this stuff is twice as thick as dynamatt xtreme and it adheres to anything. They sent me a sample and I love it. The help I need is that I have a 2004 Ranger Edge (Extended Cab, but only 2 doors) - does anyone have photos of what the truck looks like inside with the panels off? I want to buy 75 square feet. I want to overkill it and do the COMPLETE interior, including the roof, floor Everything!...

Im probably going to buy 75-100 sq ft. I might want to double it up some. I also want to get on the inner panels and the inside of the skins of the outer panels.... Can someone post some pictures of what I can expect once I get the panels off... this is what I really need. I want to know how much access I will have to the inside of the outer skins.

lol no, I am on highspeed. It seems like they try to load and then nothing. Maybe they went over the bandwidth for the month? Press Ctrl-F5 and see if you still see them!
Edit: I was right

How much different did the sound deadener quiet the truck down? I'm going to buy this super thick dynamat called EDEAD that is 3.50 per square foot, I'm most likely going to get 75-100 square feet. It is easily 2 times thicker than Dynamatt Extreme, they sent me a small sample. Did you do above your headliner?

I did a complete sound deadner install in my Contour SVT a couple of years ago. I have since sold the car. You can see pics of it here http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2143175/4
It was a pain in the butt doing the inside of the doors but well worth it. I kept track of my time and If I remember right I was over 50 hours just in the sound deadner install. I will be doing my 99 Ranger in the next two weeks.
I used RAAMmat BXT for the sound deadning. He has great write ups on installs and was very helpful. Here is his web site http://www.raamaudio.com/cgi-bin/index.cgi
I did a lot of reasearch before buying the mat, here is a good web site with tests on several different products. http://www.sounddeadenershowdown.com/

Spray-on insulation
I was just wondering if there is an aresol can of sound deadener I could use to keep the vibrations down in the cab of my pickup. I was also thinking about using the aresol version of bedliner also even though the smell would be bad for a while. Any replies would be greatly appreciated!
I am not going all out with my system but I figure and sound deadener is better than none and spray just seems like it would be easier to apply in hard to reach areas.
