WTF is that humming?

does anyone know what causes a hummmmmmmmmmmmmm in my car? every time i rev up the humm gets louder...its starting to annoy me lol..

where's it coming from? radio, underhood, in the dash?

That is the most mickey mouse job of wiring I've seen on a flux capacitor. A 2 year old with elmers glue could do better.

It's called a ground loop.

Find a better ground for your amp. Seatbelt bolts are awesome. Or you can just go straight off the frame.

is it coming from the speakers or under the hood?

speakers --jrpro130 nailed it
under hood --check your idle air control valve

HEY!!!! Mine is yellow and has 4 "shell" like parts to it and smells like maple sugar....maybe it's only on Canadian models......along with the gas tank scarf. LOL

Awesome pic BTW.

As for the question......definatly a grounding issue. Just make sure that all your stereo system components are securely and properly grounded. That huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuum will go after that.

i've replaced my flux capicitor four times.
