anyone know were to get a piece of plexy glass for audio installations?
and should i use 1/4", 1/2", or 3/4" plexy glass for my Kicker L5 sub...i want to install it on the backside of the box so you can see the magnet.......i will be making the box out of 3/4" MDF board...

maurice..no offence DONT GO WITH 3/8 youll bust the seals even with an L5 my l7's busted the seals on 3/4 MDF and that screwed glued and all siliconed on the inside these things move wayyy to much air..id seriously go 3/4 piece for viewing and make sure its on good..id rather have the extra protection insted of death of 3/8's buy my L7 the backs are pretty !

Maurice - My father and i own a glass company...(speaking from experience)...I wouldnt go withh ANYTHING below 3/4" plexi-glass depending on the overall size of it. If its a small area that you are trying to cover with the plexi, 3/4" should be OK.

there not..there sexC..ill stand by my L7 and its looks haha..Oh i ment to mention last time i was at the car audio shop here in town i was told with how much these things flex..to double up 3/4 on the top of the box or whatever side the sub is being mounted too... i couldnt remember the reason why..but yea no less then 3/4 im tellin ya..i wanna see pics of the surprise too!
