Surface scratches on 16"OEM

Surface scratches on 16"OEM

cleaned the 16" OEM on 2003 Supercab w/ brillo pads and it put surface scratches on the rims. would polish take this off or is the clear going to have to come off or what?

You might get them out, but I doubt it. Your best bet is to polish them out.

Mine have a few spots on 2 of the wheels that have a little clearcoat bubbling/whitish spots on them. Checked into what it would cost to get them repaired and lets just say it would be more cost effective to go with aftermarket wheels. its so minor that I'm not going to worry about it right now.
