waxed truck for the first time

me and one of my friends were over workin on my bumper (which is almost done by the way!!) and i asked him about small scratches i have all over my truck. he had some extra turtle wax rubbing compound and wax... i was amazed!! most scratched came right out and then finished it up with the wax. the only thing i noticed was on deeper scratches if you rub to small of an area you can see where the rubbing compound scratched the paint. but if you just broaded your rub area each time it comes out. i dont know how good turtle wax is compared to other brands but it sure is a hell of alot better than nothing.

oh yea haha my girlfriend came over after i was done and she went to lean on the truck and she slipped and fell!! LMAO

Get this one. It has a cirtus smell to it which is much better than the regular engine brite. The regular one smells nasty. The smell seems to stick around for about a week and you will notice it when your turn on your vents so this one will be better to get than the regular one. (jmo)

Get a can of foaming engine cleaner.
Spray it on and let it sit for a few min, then take the hose to it(lightly spray it off, don't use a power washer).

Make sure you don't soak the alternator, they don't like water.
