1998 to 1999

a couple days ago my rear-end in my 99 ranger went out. i have found one on craigslist and was wondering if a 1998 rear axle will work for my truck.

Yes it will, if your truck is 4x4 make sure the gears match.

the gear's the same? if so, yes. only way that would matter though is if you were 4wd.

and negapropping you josh, for posting at the same time.
