Vibration when downshifting/upshifting

I have a '98 Ford Ranger 4.0 with the 5r55e. The truck has about 193,000 miles on it. Fluid was flushed about 50,000 miles ago. Just recently, my shifts from 2-3 3-4 and 4 to OD have been acting strange, not as smooth as they used to be. When downshifting to get up a hill, I get an odd vibration when it downshifts, and it even vibrates a little when shifting back into OD. It's almost feels like you're going over those ridges in the road alert you to to slow down.

The problem isn't very consistent, there are times I drive it, and it shifts like normal. I have yet to change the fluid, hoping to get a chance this weekend. I checked the level, and it was fine. Any opinions?

Thanks!

My dad's 2000 F150 did the same thing for a while and we took it to a local shop and they fixed it for like $300. I couldn't tell you what the problem is but his wasn't bad to fix.
