Changing gears and speedo....

I plan on changing my gears in my '02 Ranger from 3.73's to 4.10's and also change the tire size from 225 75R 15 to 242 75R 16. So my question is how do I go about fixing my speedo so it reads correct? I know you can buy a programmer, but for my 2.3L I dont see going that rought for the cost. So if you have a good idea for me let me know.

Thanks

Any Ford dealership can reprogram for the tire and gear change.

Take off the gauge cluster cover, follow your buddy, have him tell you the speed, then put the speedo needle there.

That's what I did when I swapped clusters.
