Front caliper(s) not releasing enough

Hi,

I have a 2005 2wd edge, and I've had ongoing problems with the brakes for quite a while now.
They stop the truck fine and the pedal is firm. When I leave home first thing in the morning they're good, but after applying the brakes a few times they start to drag.
I've had it into 4 different garages and no one has been able to figure out what's causing it.

I've replaced the rotors (worn out), bearings, calipers/brackets/pins, and flex hoses. The right side seems to be better now since that hose was replaced.
The pins are greased and slide easily, and the brakes have been bled a number of times. There's no old fluid left. The rotor spins freely when the caliper is taken off.
I got a replacement left caliper under warranty and it's still the same.

The lines don't seem to be crimped or bent. It was suggested by a parts guy at Ford that it may be the ABS control module not allowing enough fluid back.

Has anyone run into the same issue before?

do yourself a favour and replace the factory brake fluid with prestone high perfromance racing SILICONE brake fluid .

i did it to my soon to be EX escape , the difference was night and day , no more brake grabbing issues

what i did was , unbolt caliper , remove master cylinder cap , use a large c-clamp , clamp the piston all the way in , then release clamp pressure 1/2 turn , loosen bleed bolt just enough that a small amount of fluid leaks out , get in the cab and pump the brake pedal slowly .

REASON? the small amount of space between the caliper inner bore and the piston will force the remaining crap out that is still inside the piston bore , it will be forced out through the bleed hose
