Icon5 Transmission help please

When i am driving my 1995 ford Ranger XLT extended cab 2.3 4 cyl, i can hear a whining noise coming from what seems to be the front end. I only hear it when i am decelerating in neutral. Any ideas on what my problem might be?

Sure its a whining sound? If its the front end it might be a wheel bearing. What speed does it do it at generally?

It almost sounds like a turbo is kicked on, or like a jet engine is decelerating. Ill check the wheel bearings though. thank you
