Econoline Rear End

I found a 89 Ford Econoline rear end for slae and this will probally be a stupid question but arent the rears the same as the f150-250s...if so with some modding i should be able to put one under my 94' right.?

I'm not sure if the ones for the vans are wider. Should be some data around somewhere on that.

You may need to change the driveshaft flange, and you need to make sure it's got the right gear ratio. Probably the spring perches and shock mounts are in the wrong place and will need to be cut and rewelded or new ones put on.

Most likely some work to make the parking brake functional as well.
