Rattling sound at 2500rpm on 4th gear

Hi guys,
I have a 2010 Ford Ranger Sport 4x4 manual transmission. For some time I've been hearing sort of rattling when I accelerate on 4th gear and my rpm's reach or pass 2500. Went today to a local dealer and the guy told me that "those transmissions are loud". I have 80,000 km or 50,000 miles on it and still have warranty. I took a video today driving on a highway. The sound is not the best, but I think I can hear the rattling:
Has anyone run into similar rattling?
I burned a clutch a little bit, but no smoke, just a bit of smell, when I got stuck on the lake while ice fishing this year. Also, that rattling was way before I got stuck.
Thanks for any help,
RB

id guess a heat shield is banging around at a certain wind speed.

theres a big one under the body, mines loose and can act weird.

the specific gear tells me its only at speed.

Stick doesn't really vibrate and the rattling disappears when I put my hand on the stick.
I will try to check the heat shield on the weekend and see if it is loose. It makes sense, as I don't hear that in the morning when it is cold (~10F), but when everything warms up, I can hear it.

I don't know if speed has anything to do, as I don't hear any rattling when I put 5th gear on. It only appears with 4th gear on.

I am not very skilled with fixing cars, so in the worst case scenario, is this something I should try to fix ASAP or I can drive that truck to 200k miles without worrying about it.

Thanks everyone for the feedback!
