Tire sittin sidewayz

I got a 97 rang and on one side in the front is sitting sidewayz....what i mean is it is tilting inward...i've got the ball barrings packed last year but that didn't seem to fix it...i also put warn manual locking hubs and that didn't fix the issue....anyone have any idea's...this weekend so in a few days i will try to get some pictures of what it looks like...i also am going to be rotating my tires so i will take a peek and see if i see anything fishy

ball joints are shot more than likely or you have a HORRIBLE alignment

would the alignment make the tire tilt in like....\? the top of the tires is going inward...not the front of the tire.

Something is bent, broken or worn out you better have it checked and fixed. If it comes apart on the highway or interstate at 60 or 70 we may never hear from you again.

If you don't have a ball joint thats wasted, you may have some sagging coil spings. How many miles are on the truck? are both sides doing it? It could be the alignment too though. Every TTB i've owned, ive put coil springs in. They are super easy to do.

your aligment is a starting point. you have a caster(front and back) and a camber(top and bottom) but jack the tire up and hold the top and bottom of the tires and try to shake it, if you feel movement your balljoints are shot then do the side to side if that happens your tierods are bad. ford are notorious for upper ball joints going out and sway bar end links.
