Tonneau Choices

Alright so for my birthday my parent's said they would get me a tonneau cover. Well I have no idea which one to get, all I know is that I want a hard cover that locks...and is black (that shouldnt be too hard). I see a lot of people have just gone with the soft tops, but I still would rather have the hard top. so what does everyone out there have? any recommendations?

i would reccomd this cover to anyone. Its a soft tonneau that acts like a hard cover.

The only thing it does have is a key lock.

I've been very happy with my fold-a-cover. I still get compliments on it.

If you've been really good maybe they will get you one of those roll & lock type covers.

Have you checked out the Pace Edwards Locker? It is a hard cover that rolls up! It is my best seller to people that want both hard cover security and the Roll-up cover convience.

Hard tonneau cover retracts into canister at the front of the truck bed.
Durable black powder-coat finish on rigid aluminum panels.
Patented silicon weather hinge provides a tight seal between the aluminum panels.
Electromagnetic brake locks cover in any position.
Electric motor and cargo light operated by remote control.
No-drill, clamp-in design (in most applications) for installation in about an hour.
Low-profile, aerodynamic design increases fuel economy up to 11%.
Fits over 5th wheel trailer hitches.

yea i also have(had) the snuglid on my truck, VERY VERY nice! It was the new model with the single self locking key hole, upgraded security at the end so nobody could break into it, carpeted underside, and NO drill mounting

I've had both Snugtop fiberglass and now an Undercover ABS Plastic. The Snugtop was absolutly a great looking tonneau, people always mentioned it. But it was very heavy and scrached easy (I take mine off once in a while) My Undercover is really great. Lightweight, I can easily remove it myself and pretty much drag it across the driveway without maring it up.
