Corner Lights
Hey everyone,
I purchased a set of black headlights & corner lights off of ebay not to long ago. Wasn't real happy with one of the corner lens has a flaw in the lens itself. The seller is trying to claim UPS damaged them, but I told them there's no way that it was damaged in shipping. The flaw on the lens is inside the lens itself when it was manufactured. Anyway still waitng on them for another reply. So I decided to do the mod to my original corner lights. Not wanting to put them in the oven, I decided to use a blower dryer. I layed them on a towel ,lens faced down & used the blower dryer on hot high. Heated the back of the housing for 12 minutes going around the outside perimeter and then took a screw driver & pryed them apart. Worked out great. Has anybody else tryed this? A little safer than useing the oven.
