Need Some Mounting Ideas
I have 4 KC 130W LR lights for my truck. already have 2 130W Driving lights on the cattle gaurd.. I originally had a go-rhino roll bar ordered, but the company was ****ty so that fell through..
so here is my question, what are some ways i can mount these up top? and it has to be something that comes in a relatively small package if i order it or it wont be able to ship to germany.
also if you ahve any pics, that would greatly be appreciated.. thanks

hey man, first off thanks for serving, I appreciate it, secondly there's a company that makes a light bar for the roof, that use the rain gutters, and since most newer rangers don't have 'em the make brackets for that, I'll upload photo's in a bit, I found them on truckaddon's.com I believe I'LL CHECK.

Heres what I did
Its a CARR Deluxe Rota Light Bar. I have 4-100 watt 6x9 KC Lights up top. They are pretty heavy so what I did was put a cotter pin in so in the high speeds/high winds the light bar wouldn't get rotated backwards.
Alan wrench to rota bar.
Rotates backwards
And forwards.
The cotter pin.
How it mounts
I have used this in the woods menny a times. I have hit low branches with it and I have had no problem.
If you have any other questions let me know.
(k done whoring for now)
Also, good luck actually finding the KC light bar. They are discontinued.

This is what you need.
1991-2001 Ford Explorer - Carr Light Bar - Rota - Black
Part Number: C22210871
1991-2001 Ford Explorer - Carr Light Bar Mounting Kit - Rota
Part Number: C22222742
Heres one website thats cheaper then the other 2
Carr Light Bar - Auto Parts Warehouse
One thing to note is that you may have to make the mounting brackets from the gutterless kit flat.
Where the blue protective covering is on the door frame, that was curved to go alone with the line of an explorer, all I did was use a hammer and make it flat.
