Bent running board

Bent running board

Ok so i bent my running board a couple months ago on a rock. well i finally got around to getting it off and i am trying to think of a way to bend it back, but nothings coming. Its not that bad, but it needs to be done. any ideas?

factory running boards/step rails?? take 'em off and buy my extra set!

yeah factory. its not that bad. i might just leave it. i am going to try to put it in a pipe bender. i called ford and they want 300 for a set and 500 for just the passenger bar.....that makes sense

I just put jack stands underneath the brackets and took a bar and bent it back down. Done it 3 times now with no problems

or just take those ugly ***** off and leave them off.

These are the only factory step bars I like. They're on my dad's '08 B4000.

the problem with taking them off and leaving them off is that instead of dealing with a bent running board i would be dealing with a dented up rocker panel.
