Which coils to put on coilovers?

I have a regular cab shortbed ranger with a 4.0 swap and a tube front bumper. I'm going to be picking up a long travel kit (5" over) here pretty soon, and I will be installing the Fox 2.0x10" Coilovers. The only problem is, I don't know what kind or weight of springs to use! What do you guys thing would work best?

Id say a good place to start would be around 700-750lb range. Maybe as low as 650s.

I have 850s on mine which is a little over kill for my setup.

Do you think that would be too stiff to go over whoops and small jumps?

Just my 2 cents from me reading build threads over the years. But if you want soft i would say go to the lower end and get 600-650. Thats a single spring setup. I totally spaced and missed you had a LT setup.

The general range of spring rates for rangers are going to be usually 650 to 850.

Id do some google searches and look around at some of the builds
