Extened cab rear window - 1988

1988 extended cab XLT 4x4 rear window is leaking. It's a bolt-in.
The nuts & bolts are completely corroded. Are these replaceable or do I need to get a window from a wrecking yard (any other sources appreciated)?
The water comes in freely at two of the upper bolts; I'm afraid of what I'm going to find when I take the window out. The floor is not damp, it's wet.

I saw another post (120985) that leads me to believe that all extended cab years are interchangeable and possibly 98+ anything. True?
My seal looks flat like the picture of the 98+ reg. cab in that post, not rounded (bulging) like the other pictures. I'd like as many replacement options as I can get.

Also, I figure I'll need a new seal whether a used window comes with one or not. I just ordered one (before I found this forum) that fits "1982-1998 Ford Ranger".
The "1998" rung a bell when I read that post so I think it's wrong for me and I'll try to cancel the order.
I had a hard time finding that one so, any suggestions as to where to find a new seal that would fit?

The top of the seal has visible voids so I cleaned the cab/seal with alcohol and applied electrical tape. It adhered to the cab but not the rubber.
I thought that would deflect the water downward, over the seal, but a downward hose spray resulted in water running into the cab.
I doubt it's the cargo lamp because I've RTV'd the hell out of that (it's leaked before but I can't rule it out). I'm stumped.

I'm mainly looking for answers as to which windows will work but all comments about any of the above are appreciated.

Are the corroded bolts replaceable, or will I definitely need a new window?
