I had the Westin Bull Bar for a few months, never offroaded with it. If you do go offroading, take it off b/c it'll kill about 4 inches of clearance with it on (its only 2 bolts to take it off). It looks really good though, and will keep your truck looking good after an impact. Because its mounted to the frame and bent upward to the height of the bumper, you can't use it as a push bar, it will most likely bend on you.
thats after a collision i had in december. you can see how the bar caved in in the front, and the area under the bumper bent downward, it saved me from having to replace my bumper and the bumper of the van I hit. there's hardly any body damage on either vehicle.

Here's my Westin Ultimate Bullbar. I love it. It's not a problem offroading you just need 2 watch what the hell your doing. It actually saved my bumper. I ran into some really deep rutts & if i didn't have it on my bumber woulda smashed.
