Question about the 06+ side mirror swap

I'm thinking about doing the swap to the 06+ ranger side mirrors. However, I was looking into getting some power side windows instead, how difficult is it to change from manual-->power side mirrors?

You have to run all the wires and switch. It's going to be time consuming getting all the wires run through the doors and under the dash properly.
