As the Ranger never came with a V8, I'm going to say no also. If you slapped a V8 in a Ranger you must have done some custom work. Continue on with the custom work and fab up an exhaust system.

You could pay a shop to fix one up for you, but you would be better off to just do it yourself. The shop will cost you about as much as the truck to make an exhaust system for it. (ok, maybe not that much, but still)

Just get a box of bends from a header supplier like Stahl, headers by ed, chassis shop, etc. and fab from start to finish. I used Stahl for most of my parts to make headers (custom merge collectors and custom head flanges for other places). The exhaust was made by chopping up a superduty 4" system from Summit Racing and re-welding to fit my truck. Start at heads and work one bend at time to the back.
