i have a set of rear coils from a grand cherokee laredo,my 03 ranger is the xlt with the coil springs in the front,can i put the coils in the front of my ranger and get any lift??.

im wanting at least 2 or a little more,does any one know or do i jsut need to try it and see what i get out of them? lol
