F150 coils in a 99 2WD?

would it work? I think I remember someone on here doing it and getting about 4 inches in the front. I know I'm gonna need a camber adjustment and an alignment. But I just want to know if there are any other problems with doin this. I really want to do spindles but noone sells them locally and I don't have a credit card to buy them online.
