i got a problem with my less then yr old tranny, i left my house to go to work and worked fine til i got to the end of the block and then i punched it and my rpms reved out and no go, i was at 5k rpm and 10 mph, wouldnt shift or nothing, then the od light came on flashing, i pulled over it wouldnt go any faster, i disconnected the battery and reset the computer and still the same thing, and then it worked fine, jumped up on the highway and it was shifting hard as hell, up and down....what is the problem, maybe electrical

 

my buddy had this problem with his ranger...IIRC it was a shift solioned

 

im takin it to the tranny shop tomorrow to see whats wrong, hopfully its not another rebuild
