duratracs

So my Bfg ats are almost at an end and before winter im gunna need to get a new set. originally i was looking at the bfg km2s because alot of guys on here have them, but i do quite a bit of highway and usually have to deal with snow roads driving to work before the plows. So i was looking at the goodyear mtr's to compare them to the km2s and they sugested the duratrac. I took a look at them and they are really luggy, with alot of siping, and the snow traction is rated 10, so they seem good for me. They also have a good offroad rating, but not really sure how long they would last. Has anyone run them or heard anything about them, or any advice on a better tire. These were gunna run me $200 canadian, plus 20 install and ballance
Any opinions will be great
thanks

sweet, i wish i could get them in 32's tho, but with the lugs on these things, they might fill up alot better then the 31's i have now. whatcha think, does an inch either way really make the truck look better or really give me that much of an extra edge?

thats a shame, I was hoping to get a 32, but Im thinking i might stick with the 31s in this case just for the 50 less a tire, but im still not sure

if you get them in metric sizes you can get pretty close to 32's but i have a set of 33 x 11.50 R16's and i love them they are great in mud which means that they should be great in snow too.

ya i think ill call hill and see what there worth there, and i think ill stay with the 31s with the duratracs and hopefully i dont regret it after haha, i looked at going for the metric, but with the sizes they had, there was only a 235 75 15 or something like that, and id rather on swap my rims, i love my alcoas, so it kinda kills my options. maybe when i call hill ill ask them for the prices on the km2 and the mtr at the same time, if i can get the km2s for around the same price then ill get them instead. its so hard to pick haha

id just groove the km2s if you want better traction. if you go 31 you may regret not going 32s so if it was me, id just get the km2s and then bust out the groover
